In 1986, Honda launched a luxury division of their company called Acura.  After the Legend and Integra models had been built, the NSX (New Sports Experimental) sports car was introduced powered by a V6 engine.  The main market for Acura’s range of cars is North America where the company has also been very involved in motorsport.
