Berliet

Based in Lyons, Marius Berliet built his first car in 1895.  The steam train on the car badge was added when the American Locomotive Company bought the rights to build Berliet cars in the USA.  A wide variety of vehicles were manufactured, making Berliet a major producer of French cars.  The last car to be made was the Dauphine 39 in 1939.
