Mazda

The Mazda history began in 1920 with delivery trucks being built in the 1930’s and then in the 1950’s.  The first car was produced in 1960.  From 1974 until 2015 there was a partnership with Ford, followed by one with Toyota.  In 2015 Mazda was the 15th largest car manufacturer in the world, with North America being its biggest market.  Sporting success for the company includes winning the 1991 Le Mans, the first Japanese car-maker to achieve this victory.
