OSCA stands for Officine Specializzata Costruzione Automobili and was founded by Ernesto, Ettore & Bindo Maserati after they had sold their original company.  Their firm began in Bologna in 1947 and concentrated on building sports cars for both road and racing.  OSCAs were manufactured until 1967.
