OSI (Officine Stampaggi Industriali) were based in Turin from 1963 until 1968.  Initially working on FIATs and Alfa Romeos, the company then produced the OSI 20M TS, which was based on a Ford Taunus.  Approximately 3,500 were produced before the company ceased trading.
