Wolseleys were made in New South Wales from 1960 until 1966 by the British Motor Corporation, Australia.  Named after Frederick York Wolseley, it is appropriate that cars bearing his name were built in Australia as this is where he began his first company in 1896, the Wolseley Sheep Shearing Machine Co..
